Enchilada Spice Blend

This is how EveryPlate and HelloFresh make the spice they call Enchilada Spice Blend:

• 1 TBSP chili powder
• 1 TBSP paprika
• 2 tsp cumin
• 2 tsp light brown sugar
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• 1½ tsp onion powder
• 1½ tsp garlic powder
• 1½ tsp Mexican oregano
• 1 tsp chipotle chili powder
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ¼ to ½ tsp cayenne pepper
